(1) HUMAN ANATOMY:-
Osteology, Arthrology, Myology, Neurology
(2) HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY:-
Blood, Cardiovascular system, Respiratory system, Nuro-muscular system
(3) THERAPEUTIC PHARMACOLOGY:-
General pharmacology, Autonomic nervous system, Musculoskeletal system, Drugs acting on kidney, Cardiovascular system & blood, Central nervous system, Autocoids, Respiratory system, Gastrointestinal track, Hormones, Chemotherapy, Geriatric pharmacology
(4) THERAPEUTIC PSYCHOLOGY:-
Understanding stress and coping strategy, Personality – it’s definition and types and Big five theories, Motivation – it’s types and techniques, Exercise adherence – reasons and benefit of exercises, Strategies for enhancing adherence to exercise, Meaning – concept – types of aggression.
(5) SPORTS MEDICINE AND NUTRITION:-
Concept – aim – scope of sports medicine, Sports injuries – classification – causes and prevention, First -aid aims and objectives, Management of injuries – soft tissue-bone-joint injuries, Balance diet and nutrition-micro nutrients and macro nutrients, Nutritive and non-nutritive components of diet, Eating of weight control – the pitfall of dieting, Food intolerance and food myth, Food supplement for children.

(6) HUMAN BIOMECHANICS:-
Introduction of axes and planes, Types of movements, Major muscle involved in running-jumping-throwing, Newton’s Laws of Motion and it’s application, Projectile and factors affecting projectile trajectory, Friction and sports, Applying bio-mechanics in strength and conditioning.
(7) THERAPEUTIC PATHOLOGY:-
Introduction to pathology, Cellular reaction to injuries, Inflammation, Healing, Hemodynamic disorders, Genetic diseases, Immunopathology, Selected tropical diseases, Neoplasia, Metabolic diseases, Environmental diseases.
(8) KINESIOLOGY:-
Introduction-objectives-mechanical principle of kinematics, Techniques, Position and movements, Relaxation, Joint mobility, Muscle strength and stretching, Frankle’s exercise and PNF techniques, Hydrotherapy and breathing exercise, Posture and Gait technology.
(9) PHYSIOTHERAPY AND ELECTROTHERAPY MANAGEMENT:-
Neurological diseases, Orthopedic diseases, Practical application of UST-SWD-IR-TENS-IFT-MUSCLE STIMULATOR-TRACTION-CONTRAST BATH-WAX BATH, Massage, Physiotherapy management.
