Course Details:

Duration – 12 months (52 classes + 4 days of examination)
Session–November to December (12 months)

Class–Sunday 2p.m to 5p.m (winter)
Sunday 3p.m to 6p.m (summer)
Age–18 years and above
Educational qualification–Higher Secondary or equivalent
Personal qualification–(a)Mental determination to work in any situation,(b)Mindset of hardwork and believable caution,(c)Indemitiable desire to acquire knowledge

PART=1

FIRST PAPER:–
(a) Anatomy– bones, joints, muscles, nerves
(b) Physiology– Muscle system, nervous system, circulatory system, digestive system, respiratory system, excretory system, reproductive system and Microbiology– Toxicology

SECOND PAPER:–
(a) Yoga philosophy:– History of Hathayog, Relationship of Disease with Yoga, Mind and it’s five layers, Samadhi and it’s types, Kundalini and it’s six centers, Three Gunas and it’s features, Function and Yogic impact of Chaturvingsatitattwa, Gherenda samhita, Patanjal Yogdarsan.
(b) Progressive sybtle connection:-
Prakritiyog, Naadyog, Om-karyog, Sunnyoyog, Kriyayog, Vayuyog, Considering of physical and psychological illness(examining of face and voice)

THIRD PAPER:-
(a) Naturopathy:-
Nature and it’s improvements and it’s history, Regional food according to the diseases, Meditation therapy, Natural bath, Tub bath, Waist bath, Hot and cold bath, Vapor bath, Spine bath, Warm-foot bath, Simple bath.
(b) Natural Patti:-
For chest-legs-neck-abdomen.
(c) Natural practices:-
Fasting-Neti-Anema-Vasti.
(d) Natural treatment for the following diseases:-
Heada-che, Constipation, Stomach-ache, Tumor, Eye problems, Fever, Asthama, Tonsil, Edema, Paralysis, Gout, Fat, Ulcer, Hemorrhoids, Phlegm, Insomnia.

PART–II

FOURTH PAPER:-
(a) Herbal medicine and Haroscope therapy:-
Meditation and it’s preparation, Herba medicine, Procedure of making oil by herbs, Relationship of herbs with ayurveda, Knowledge of Vayu-Pitto-Kaaf, Selection of herbs according to diseases, Nutricious good food and it’s importance, Knowledge of Stars and Planets, Diseases affected due to Planets and Stars.

FIFTH PAPER:-
Hathayog–Assans=40+ Pranayams=20+, Mudras=10+

SIXTH PAPER:-
Massage-1) general 2)scientific massage

SEVENTH PAPER:-
Diseases:- Cardiac, Paralysis, Fat, Female diseases, Piles.

EIGHTH PAPER:-
(a) Spiritual Science and Value Education.
(b) Science of Gita:- i)Karmayog(The yoga of action)

ii)Gyanyog(The yoga of knowledge)

iii)Abhyasyog(The yoga of meditation)
