Age:- On and above 14 years
Educational qualification:- Ability to read Bengali and Hindi
Personal qualification:- Liberal mentality, Ideal living, Stable work-ethic, Believable caution.

Syllabus:
Primary chapters:-
(a) Glandification
(b) Subtle state of Dhyana–Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama(external and internal)
(c) Physical state of Dhyana–Praryahar, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi
Starting chapter:-
Search of Chakras(chakra awakening), Determining of Vayu(utility of five Vayu), Types and recourse of Meditation, Few main mantras of awakened Meditation, Assans of Chakra Awakening, Study of Nature Mother, Ethos of ‘OM’, Ethos of Anahata-naad, Doctrine of Triguna in Yoga, Ethos of five physical elements, Ethos of Tri-aspect of body, Primitive elements.
Ending chapters:-
Ishta dhyan, Bhasma-bibhuti dhyan, Jyoti dhyan, Kutastha dhyan and Introspection.
Kruya:–Assans, Pranayams and Mudras for physical and psychological treatment.
Naming on Meditation:- New naming according to the student’s mind philosophy and mind friction.
Concessive system:-
Three months vegetarian diet, Dress up according to Gunas, Ekadashi vows, The process of water retention in the body, Abandonment of drugs and outside food, Self-interest and anti-action are prohibited, Leftovers shouldn’t be eaten, Maintaining of health diet.
